Our Premier Plan enables your team to achieve more and improve productivity through an ongoing relationship with your own designated Customer Success Manager and named Technical Support Engineer. Your Access experts understand how you’re using the technology and will advise you on how to get more from it. Working with the same people also makes faster resolution times likely when you’re looking for advice and guidance.
As a Premier customer you will have a designated Customer Success Manager who understands your organisation, how you’re using the technology and your goals. They will work proactively with your Access Account Team to recommend solutions to solve your key volunteering challenges.

In addition, you can also integrate Assemble with the Azure eco system via API management and Azure ADB2C. While Assemble can successfully integrate with these out-the-box platforms, you should be aware that our customers have full access to our API, which allows them the freedom to integrate however they see fit.
